| 1. | Login to http://www.accutracking.com and check if there's GPS data there. If not, check the phone software installation. Take the phone to an open air space and wait for a GPS fix. If it cannot get a fix with error message "Cannot connect server", you should make sure you have the right data access plan for the phone. For Nextel customers in US, the required plan is Nextel Data Access Plan.

| 2. | In AccuTracking Add-in configuration dialog (MapPoint menu "Tools > AccuTracking..."), make sure you entered the AccuTracking user name and password the same as you used on http://www.accutracking.com.

| 3. | Click the "Refresh" button in AccuTracking Add-in main dialog to test the connection manually. If you get "Connection failed..." error message, check your firewall settings if you have any, or temporarily disable the firewall and test again.

| 4. | This version of the Add-in does not support proxy, therefore it won't connect if you are connecting the Internet through a proxy.
