There's no menu "Tools > AccuTracking..." in Microsoft MapPoint after installing the add-in

The most common reason for not having "Tools > AccuTracking..." menu is that the PC has no .NET Framework 2.0 or later installed. Download from Microsoft Windows Update or search online for ".NET Framework 2.0".
