Yes. The AccuTracking REST API enables you to interact with AccuTracking using a simple URL, getting XML back. For details, please login to AccuTracking website (click "DEMO" and login as demo if you don't already have an account), click "Manage Units", then click "Show" under "Sticker". The REST API sample is at the bottom of the page.
