My tracking stopped working. Location is not updating online any more.
The key troubleshooting piece is the error messages displayed on the AccuTracking main screen on the phone. There is no other way to diagnose the problem so you need to have the phone in hands to know why the tracking is not working.
|1|| ||The phone data plan is not working.||For a prepaid phone, this could be because the phone minutes are running out (see here for recharging minutes); For a regular non-prepaid phone, this could be because the data plan is not working. Rarely but also could be the carrier has network outage in your area. See here for troubleshooting steps. Particularly check the IP of your phone.|
|2|| ||The phone is in poor network coverage area. You'll see the phone signal bar running up and down a lot and often 2 bars or less.||Move the phone to a better coverage area.|

|4 ||Smart sending OK||The AccuTracking software setting like "Smart sending" and "Sending interval" value.||Turn off "Smart sending" option on the phone. Use a "Sending interval" value less than 10 minutes for testing, then change to larger values if it works. See here for more technical details.|
|5 ||Invalid tracker ID||The "Tracker ID" entered on the phone mis-matches the "Tracker ID" under your online AccuTracking account.||Enter the correct tracker ID: see here for instructions.|
|6 ||Airplane mode||The phone is in "airplane mode".||Some phones have "airplane mode" that can be activated while flying. You should NOT use airplane mode while tracking. It's designed to cut off all transmissions from the phone, including the data connection which is used by AccuTracking software to send the GPS data to the AccuTracking server. The tracking won't work under airplane mode.|
|7||N/A||The phone battery is running out.||Retrieve the phone from your vehicle and check the phone battery.|
|9||Sent TIMESTAMP (for example, Sent 11:34:00) ||The "Tracker ID" entered on the phone mis-matches the "Tracker ID" under your online AccuTracking account.|
Usually, "Sent TIMESTAMP" indicates your tracking is working perfectly normal and you should see your positions online. However if you don't see tracking online, it could be because your phone is using a wrong ID.

Make sure you have enter the correct IP and port in the iPhone client app.
Try to call the tracker's SIM card phone number, most GPS trackers would respond with a text message when you call it.
