Package 1, 2, 3, 4: what's the difference?

The major difference is the location update rate and reports:
package 1 updates every 2 minutes, package 2 updates every minute, package 3 updates every 30 seconds,
package 4 updates every 15 seconds. Package 1 has no reports while package 2 has some reports.

You can change packages at any time and the subscription date would automatically adjust
